Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or proof of age, and the medical information on your consent form.
When you contact us
Your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
When you join the mailing list
Your email address, and a record of your consent.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our cookie policy explains which, and how to change your choice.
What we collect
We do not sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, including Squarespace, who host our website, provide our mailing-list tools and help us understand how the site is used.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved international data-transfer agreements and contractual clauses.

Medical information on a consent form is special category data. We process it where necessary to provide the tattoo service you have requested and with your explicit consent, so that we can assess whether it is safe to tattoo you.
Why we use it
Consent forms and tattoo records are kept for two years after your appointment. Enquiries are kept for one year after our last communication. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to us using it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
